Cereal Baby!

I'm still working on my picture problem, which is the reason I haven't blogged lately. Sorry people....I'm a story-teller with pictures, not words. Hopefully this will let me post these pictures today.  So here are some pictures from Parker's first cereal experience. He did very well!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Turkey To You All! I hope you've eaten good food and been surrounded by great friends & family! mark and I are thankful for so many things this year, especially one gift.....our sweet BooBoo Bear!! We couldn't imagine our life without him! I wake up thinking of him, go to bed thinking of him and dream about him! Oh me....I could go on and on! So back to Thanksgiving, we went to the cabin and had lunch with Mark's family and then drove down to Marietta for dinner with my Dad's side of the family. Everything was very tastey and I was very full at the end of the night. Here are some pictures of our food filled day!

So it wouldn't let me post all of the pictures for some reason, it says that I'm out of space to add more pictures? What the? To add more I would have to $buy$ space!?!? Are you kidding me??? I am NOT blog savvy, so will someone let me know what I need to do to get out of this pickle!? Thanks! :)

Ricky Bobby!

My Mom gave my Dad a fun present last year for Christmas that he is just now using.....better late than never right?! He got to drive a Nascar Racecar at Talladega!! Our family are not race fans, but this is something that would be fun for anyone! (As long as you're not closter phobic!) So Mom, Natalie, Ceci, Parker and I all packed up and hit the road to Dega to watch Dad drive like Ricky Bobby!! He got all the way up to 172 miles an hour and even passed someone on the track!!!! Overall Dad had a good time, but said that he checked this task off his list and doesn't have to do it again......ever! Ha! I think it may have made his tummy a little sick(like a rollercoaster) and it was very tight in the car(hince the closter phobic). It was fun seeing him in the racing gear though! My pictures aren't the best of him driving because he was going so fast by the time he got to me my camera took forever to actually snap the shot. You'll see his car really tiny or blurry in the pictures! Oh and let me just say that I didn't prepare myself for the characters that would be at this racing event! HaHa!! It was veryyyyy interesting! :) Enjoy the pictures!

Gender Revealing Party!!

One of my dearest friends Ashley and her husband James are expecting a baby in April 2011 and they had the funnest idea to find out the sex of the baby!! They had a Gender Revealing Party at their house for family and friends! At their Doctor appointment they didn't find out the sex and had the ultrasound tech. right down girl or boy in an envelope. Then Ashley took the envelope to a bakery and had them bake a cake with the inside being pink or blue!!!! At the party they cut the cake open and we all found out at once! Isn't that fun!?!?! I have been thinking all along that it was a girl, but others were convinced it was a boy. Leading up to Ashley cutting the cake I was SO nervous!! I don't know why!? We had a great time at the party! Caroline, Rocky and Harrison were there and it's always fun to play with them too! You'll have to scroll down to the bottom to find out if the cake was pink or blue! Enjoy!

It's a GiRL!!!! Yayayayay!!! We're so excited for you Ashley and James! Parker can't wait to meet his girlfriend!! :)

Sponge Bob and Tigers and Bucs....Oh My!

We had a great weekend! Friday night we went to the car show to look at the SUV's since we will have to get a new one soon and Parker got to meet some fun people! He met Sponge Bob Square Pants(I had to hold him next to Sponge Bob and was trembling the whole time due to my fear of people in costumes....but I did it all for the P!) and he met two of the Tampa Bay Buccaneer Cheerleaders! Mark is a huge Bucs fan (since he's from Tampa). Our family loves the Bucs and cheers them on every weekend....so the P had to get his picture taken with the pretty ladies! The highlight of our weekend was Saturday!! Parker made his first(and not last) visit to the plains to cheer on the Auburn Tigers!! (He didn't get to go to the game but at least he made it to Auburn!) Mark graciously drove my Dad and I down to Auburn and kept Parker at Rebecca's house while we went to the game! Wasn't that sweet?! I didn't get to see everyone I wanted to see and my phone died at the end of the game so I couldn't get in touch with them then AND I forgot my camera.....but I still got to see Rebecca and she sent me a couple of pics! (I did get a picture of P and Dad before we left!) Thank my goodness that Auburn won because at first I was a little scared...shwew! To all my Tiger fans I would like to say a big.... WARRRRR EAGLE HEY!

4 Months!

My little P is 4 months old! I underline little because the BooBoo Bear is just that! We went to his 4 month checkup and he weighed in at a whopping 11lbs. 12oz. and is 25 inches long! So he gained 8oz. and grew 3/4 an inch since his last appointment. (His weight is in the 10th percentile and his height is 75th percentile.) I'm pretty positive he'll stay long and lean just like Mark! He loves sticking his hands in his mouth and playing with his feet. His sweet smile and laugh melt my heart and I love to hear his cute voice!! His eyes are turning a gray color and his right eye has some brown in it, so I think they're going to change soon(awww man!). I think we may start some cereal soon and then fruit after that! So stay tuned for pictures from that! Overall, these past 4 months have been filled full of joy and love for our little man! We love you SO much P and are so thankful to have you in our lives!!!! Enjoy the 4 month chair pictures below!
